Thank you!! I have a bad memory for names. When I was in Field Service I kept a book with the names, addresses, and phone numbers for all of my customers. When I went to a site I refreshed my memory with that book. I kept it updated all the time. Had to copy it over a couple of times to get it in order correctly. Now days my smart phone would do that.
